Purpose Statement

To ensure that solicitation activities on College property and through College resources are conducted in a manner that protects the educational mission of the College, minimizes disruption to College operations, and ensures appropriate oversight and authorization.

Policy Statement

There will be no commercial sales permitted at Kansas City Kansas Community College unless directly sponsored by an official college department or division. For solicitation of funds utilizing official College letterhead, logo or other stationery for internal or external dissemination, authorization by the President or his/her designee is required.

Students are required to secure approval by the Vice President of Enrollment Management and Student Services (or his/her designee) for any type of solicitation activities.
