ESL Program

Part of Continuing Education's Adult Education program

  • Learn everyday English
  • You don’t need a high school diploma
  • Classes start at basic level
  • Non-credit adult education courses
  • Practice all different skills (reading, writing, listening, speaking) in one class
  • 10 to 12-week sessions
  • $60 (for non-credit classes); no financial aid available
 
 
 

ESOL Program

Part of the Arts, Humanities, and Social Science (AHSS) division

  • Study English for academic purposes
  • Must have a high school diploma (from the U.S. or another country) or G.E.D.
  • For credit courses
  • Skills-based classes (reading, writing, grammar, listening/speaking, vocabulary)
  • Full semester (16-week) classes
  • KCKCC tuition rates for credit classes; financial aid available
