Work Breaks
A rest period of fifteen (15) minutes is granted during each one-half (1/2) day period of a working
day. Appropriate times for rest periods for employees will be arranged by the immediate supervisor
based on operational needs. Supervisors may withhold breaks if work demands require it, and
breaks missed for this reason may be rescheduled.
