How to Pay Your Bill

There are several options for paying your student bill:

  1. PAY ONLINE through WebAdvisor
  • Log in to WebAdvisor as a Current Student
  • Choose View Account and Make Payments under Financial Information
  1. Set up a PAYMENT PLAN through WebAdvisor
  • Log in to WebAdvisor as a Current Student
  • Choose Payment Plan and Refunds under Financial Information
  1. PAY IN PERSON by cash, check, money order, or credit/debit card at one of our locations:

    • Main Campus: 7250 State Avenue | Kansas City, KS 66112
    • Technical Education Center: 6565 State Avenue | Kansas City, KS 66102
    • Pioneer Career Center:1901 Spruce Street | Leavenworth, KS 66048

      * ID is required to make this payment
  1. MAIL a check or money order to:

    Kansas City Kansas Community College
    Attn: Business Office
    7250 State Avenue
    Kansas City, KS 66112

        *Make sure to include your Student ID # in the memo

  1. FINANCIAL AID OR THIRD PARTY SPONSORSHIP
  • Outside Scholarships – Submit your scholarship check to the Business Office
  • Third Party Sponsorship – Submit your sponsorship authorization to the Business Office
    • Agencies or organizations requiring course completion or proof of grades BEFORE they authorize payment are considered tuition reimbursement programs.
      • These programs do NOT qualify for the third-party billing process.
      • Students participating in tuition reimbursement programs are responsible to make their own payment arrangements, according to the KCKCC tuition payment policy, and seek reimbursement directly from their sponsoring agency or organization.

Fall - July 30, 2020

Have your payment arrangements in place by the deadline listed above to remain enrolled.  If you do not have your payment method in place by the payment deadlines, you will be dropped from all classes.
