Innopsych - Therapists of Color Health & Wellness   https://www.innopsych.com/ 617-942-0088 Thrive@InnoPsych.com  InnoPsych was birthed from Dr. Jackman?s own experiences and challenges during her search for a therapist. She knew she wanted a therapist who was a woman for color but the process proved itself to be a challenge. As she searched through website after website there were either too few therapists listed to choose from and/or there was no way to filter lists by ethnicity. The process then became lengthy and cumbersome. Whenever she did find someone that she liked who fit the criteria, they were either ?not taking new clients? or they did not take her insurance. She knew that there needed to be a simpler and faster way for people of color to find therapists of color and she was going to create it! Not only did she want to create a directory of therapists of color, but she also wanted to facilitate the process for therapists of color to launch their own private practice in order to increase the pool of therapists of color in the field.

Income-Based Repayment Financial   https://finaid.org/loans/icr/  The Income-Based Repayment (IBR) is best for borrowers who are experiencing financial difficulty, have low income compared with their debt, or who are pursuing a career in public service. Income-based repayment is intended as an alternative to income sensitive repayment (ISR) and income contingent repayment (ICR). It is designed to make repaying education loans easier for students who intend to pursue jobs with lower salaries, such as careers in public service. It does this by capping the monthly payments at a percentage of the borrower?s discretionary income.
Pay As You Earn (PAYE) Financial   https://www.consumerfinance.gov/ask-cfpb/what-is-pay-as-you-earn-paye-how-do-i-know-if-i-qualify-en-1555/  Pay As You Earn, or PAYE, is a federal student loan repayment plan that is available to some borrowers with newer federal loans. It caps your monthly federal student loan payment at 10 percent of your discretionary income. For borrowers who qualify for PAYE, monthly loan payments will be two thirds of what they would be under IBR. Additionally, after 20 years of monthly payments, any remaining student loan balance is forgiven.
Saving on a Valuable Education (SAVE) Plan Financial   https://studentaid.gov/announcements-events/save-plan    SAVE calculates your monthly payment amount based on your income and family size. The SAVE Plan provides the lowest monthly payments of any IDR plan available to nearly all student borrowers. Serves as a replacement for the Revised Pay As You Earn (REPAYE) Plan as of Fall 2023.
