The Kansas City Kansas Community College (KCKCC) Art Gallery will present “Darshan: Way of Seeing,” a compelling new exhibition featuring the work of three Kansas City-area artists: Justin Canja, Marissa Shell and Hong Chun Zhang.

The exhibit explores diverse artistic styles and perspectives, offering a unique expression of Asian identity through works ranging from abstract to realism. The exhibition will be on display from March 30 through May 15.

A special artist reception will be held from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. April 10, providing attendees the opportunity to meet the artists and engage with their work.

Following the reception, guests are invited to continue the evening with a live performance of “Raga Jazz Continuum” from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Performing Arts Center. The concert will feature Grammy-recognized artists performing a vibrant fusion of Indo-Jazz music.
