Topeka Area Students and Business Leaders Visit KCKCC’s AET/FAME Lab

Approximately 35 students and staff from the Topeka Center for Advanced Learning & Careers, along with industry partners from the Topeka area visited KCKCC-TEC May 9 to tour the AET/FAME lab and learn more about the program. In addition, representatives from the Greater Topeka Partnership, Wyandotte Economic Development Council and Kansas Manufacturing Solutions, along with Tony Davis, executive director of the National Federation of Advanced Manufacturing Education and the National Association of Manufacturers, were in attendance. Students learned about career pathways, training opportunities and heard inspiring words from industry leaders.
