Master Contract Negotiations

KCKCC values our faculty and their contributions, which are central to our students’ success and in fostering a campus community that is inclusive and engaging.

The master contract between the KCKCC Board of Trustees and the Faculty Association of KNEA, which represents unionized KCKCC faculty, was agreed to in 2024 and expired June 30, 2025.
