Mission and Purpose Statement
The Human Resources Department of Kansas City Kansas Community College is dedicated to service to our employees, the community, and to the College. We strive constantly for the enhancement of positive human relations within the institution. We are committed to the development of our faculty and staff through education and professional development experiences and to the accomplishment of the College's mission and goals. This commitment is pursued through a focus on evaluation, accountability and continuous improvement. We solicit ideas, suggestions, and other feedback regarding our policies and practices and encourage the highest level of performance in every employee. Our efforts in Human Resources ultimately are directed to supporting high quality teaching, learning and human development of our students.
