Spring Semester Information

KCKCC has implemented an open enrollment policy, which allows you to register at your convenience any time during the published enrollment times. Academic Advisors are available without appointment during regular enrollment days to assist you in selecting your classes for the semester. No transcripts will be processed during enrollment periods.

Early Enrollment

Early enrollment for the Spring 2016 Semester begins November 1st.

It is strongly recommended that students should schedule an appointment to meet with their advisor during early enrollment to determine class schedules. Need to have an advisor assigned? Please call 913-288-7696.

On Campus - November 1 thru December 19, by appointment only.
Online -  November 1 thru January 15.

Early Enrollment Payment Deadline

ON-LINE with E-Cashier  | Deadline: JANUARY 3 - Midnight

If your tuition is not paid or otherwise accounted for on or before January 3, 2016 your registration may be cancelled, and you will need to repeat the enrollment process at regular enrollment. 

You are responsible for all tuition & fees. If your situation changes and you are unable to attend classes, you must drop classes before the semester begins or you will be financially responsible for the charges. For the payment plan see our website at to arrange payments or you may pay in full using Mastercard, Visa, or your Bank Account. 

Students who enroll during regular and late enrollment must be prepared to pay tuition at the time of enrollment. Master/VISA/Discover can be used for tuition, fees, and books.

Notice of Student’s Responsibility

All students: Current students may enroll via WebAdvisor by accessing our web page at Students who have never used WebAdvisor, will need to start the process by selecting “I’m new to WebAdvisor on the left hand side of the screen. The system will then guide the students to the process for gaining access to the system for the first time. Students will be able to enroll and/or make schedule adjustments in any course that has not already started, provided seats are still available. Refer to the campus web site for class schedules, start dates, and times. It is highly recommended that students contact their assigned advisors prior to enrolling.

New students: Placement testing is required for all first-time students and for transfer students who have not completed English Composition and College Algebra. For information about the placement test, contact Faith Moody at the Academic Resource Center, or (913) 288-7171.

Course Numbers

Courses numbered 00-99 do not transfer to four-year universities or count towards graduation at KCKCC. However, they are college preparation classes to aid students who have not recently completed four (4) years of English and three (3) years of math in high school. Courses numbered 00-99 may be prerequisites to courses number 100-200. All courses are covered by Financial Aid.
