Transcript Fee
Transcript requests must be signed, dated, and submitted in writing to the Admissions and Records Office.  Phone requests are not accepted. Transcripts are not released to students with financial or disciplinary holds on their records at KCKCC. Students who have access to WebAdvisor® and portal and do not have holds on their accounts can retrieve an unofficial transcript.

Transcript requests submitted directly to the college are processed within three working days. Requests submitted when the college is closed, at the end of the semester and during peak enrollment periods require additional processing time. Exceptions to this policy will be made only in extreme emergencies and with the Registrar’s permission.

Electronic transcript requests can be submitted through Parchment Exchange at www.exchange.parchment.com.  Electronic transcripts are generally processed in the same business day.  E-Transcripts will not be issued if any financial obligations exist with the college.  Students with academic credit prior to 1983 or attended ATS, formerly known as AVTS, prior to 2009 will not be able to request E-Transcript delivery.  Request must be submitted directly to Transcript Services in the Admissions and Records office. 

Enrolled, degree seeking students who have submitted official transcripts from regionally accredited colleges and universities to the Admissions and Records Office, and upon successful completion of one semester at KCKCC notice transfer credits and grades have not been posted; such concerns should be directed to the Coordinator of the Transcript Services by email:  transcript_review@kckcc.edu for appropriate action.

No charge for electronic transcripts sent within the Parchment network.  No charge for paper transcripts sent by regular mail. Express mail delivery is subject to a $30.00 process fee.
