Jaylon Johnson chose KCKCC for one simple reason – he loved the environment.
“I like it here,” said Johnson, who just completed his first year at KCKCC. “There are nice people here, and you just feel like you belong.”
Johnson is studying general studies at KCKCC and is also a member of the KCKCC baseball team. After KCKCC, he plans to move onto a four-year university to study business management and hopes to also continue playing baseball.
“I have enjoyed how I have got to adapt to the different learning options this year. It will really help to get me ready for next year,” he said. “Schools like KCKCC are important because it gives people who are not ready for a four-year college experience an opportunity to get the education they need.”
