Circle of Diversity
Artist - James Mirick


  1. Inclusiveness - incorporating broad representation of diversity to include race, class, ethnicity, gender, disability, age sexual orientation, religion, and national origin.
  2. Shared Responsibility - espousing the belief that every unit, organization, and member of the campus community has responsibility to make the campus welcoming.
  3. Institutionalization - ensuring those diversity efforts are permanently incorporated into the institutional fabric of KCKCC.
  4. Accountability - identifying a process for determining and monitoring the responsibility for meeting campus needs
  5. Evaluation - soliciting on-going feedback about program impact and campus climate.
