The Student Activities Office at Kansas City Kansas Community College seeks to develop you - the real you! The you that is eager to be a part of something great. The you that has fabulous ideas, talents and extraordinary skills. In Student Activities, we strive to help you develop self-respect, self-discipline, and a responsibility through out-of-classroom experiences. Additionally, developing social and leadership skills through practical experience and activities helps to make an even better you!
Our Aim
In Student Activities the Director and students plan, implement, and evaluate events for the student body that are informational, social and motivational in nature. Every effort is made to ensure all students at KCKCC have equal access to programs, facilities and activities that suit their needs and wants. We aim to stimulate sensitivity and understanding toward diversity, and we promote respect for the rich cultures we have represented on our campus.
Campus Activities
The Director of Student Activities is generally responsible for campus activities funded by student activities fees. This includes activities such as intramurals, concerts, lectures, campus celebrations of heritages, blood drives, student appreciation day, game room tournaments, festivals, Kids Club events for parents, staff, and their children, and novelty variety acts of entertainment.
Kansas Voter Registration
Voter registration is available at the Student Activities Office for Kansas residents and students from all other states.
