Campus Security and Crime Awareness Act of 1990
Passage of the Campus Security and Crime Awareness Act in 1990 requires that all colleges and universities that receive federal financial aid must publish their crime statistics. The Act mandates that crime information be made available to the students and the media in a timely manner. This information is available in the Campus Police office and on the college website.
