Friends, family and fellow employees were on hand Monday for Eddie Asher's final day at Kansas City Kansas Community College. Joined by his wife, Mary, and daughter, Elizabeth, Asher was presented a Chiefs' jacket, Matt Cassel jersey and Chiefs' cap along with a specially decorated cake. Asher's 40 years in Buildings and Grounds included one year at the old downtown campus, the last full-time employee at the old campus.
