In addition, individual programs are accredited by professional organizations: the Business Division by the Association of Collegiate Business Schools and Programs; Mortuary Science by the American Board of Funeral Service Education; Nursing Education by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) and approved by the Kansas State Board of Nursing; Respiratory Therapy by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs and the Committee on Accreditation for Respiratory Care; and Physical Therapist Assistant Program by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education. The College is approved by the Kansas Veterans Commission and the Veterans Administration for veterans’ college training.
