Scholarships
Awards come from a variety of sources and may not require repayment. The criteria for these awards can vary and may include grade point average, community service, residency, financial need, membership, etc.
Academic Scholarships
Honor's Dean' Scholarship
Offered to current KCKCC students with a cumulative 3.3 GPA in at least 12 hours and are Wyandotte County residents.
Honors GED Presidential Scholarship
Offered to GED graduates who score 3000+ on the GED exam and meet specific Accuplacer cutoff scores.
The Honors Presidential Scholarship
Graduating high school seniors who are residents of Wyandotte or Leavenworth counties can apply for the Presidential Scholarship during their graduating semester once they have met specific criteria.
Youth Enrichment Seminar Scholarship
A consortium between the University of Kansas Talent Search Office and KCKCC designed to work with disadvantaged and high-risk students from the summer of grade eight through high school, followed by a full tuition and fee scholarship for up to 4 semesters at KCKCC.
