How to Enroll

  1. Complete an application for admission online; submit to Leavenworth Center office in person or mail to 225 Cherokee Street, Leavenworth, KS 66048.
  2. If you have never attended college, make arrangements to complete the Accuplacer and pick up a study guide at the front desk.
  3. Take the Accuplacer. After receiving your scores, you should sign up for an academic advising appointment.
  4. During your appointment with the academic advisor, you may set up your course of study for the semester.
  5. During Early Enrollment, you may have your courses entered into the computer system. Payment must be received by payment deadline or you will be removed from classes.
  6. If you cannot pay by or before the payment deadline you may enroll on regular Enrollment Day.
  7. You may pay for your classes and books using check, cash, credit card (MasterCard, Visa, or Discover), or via CampusConnect©/WebAdvisor© .
  8. Books are available, online at www.kckccbookstore.com, and the Main Campus Book Store at 7250 State Avenue, Kansas City, Kansas 66112, 1-800-640-0352, extension 7340.
  9. Assistance with Student Financial Aid and/or Veterans Benefits can be accomplished by making an appointment with Sandra McGill.
