Spring Semester Information

KCKCC has implemented an open enrollment policy, which allows you to register at your convenience. Student Success Advisors are available to assist you in selecting your classes for the semester. Please call 913-288-7696 for more assistance.


Enrollment for the Spring 2018 Semester begins November 1st. 

Enroll with a Student Success Advisor

November 1, 2017 through December 21, 2017 and January 3, 2018 through January 15, 2018.

Mandatory advising is required for all KCKCC students who are degree seeking and have completed less than 30 credit hours. You must see an advisor or your program coordinator to enroll.

Main Campus - please call the Student Success Center at 913-288-7696 to inquire about walk-in times. If you are in one of our career programs, you will need to contact your program coordinator to enroll.

Leavenworth - KCKCC Pioneer Career Center - please call the office at 913-288-7750 to set an advising appointment.

Technical Education Center - please call 913-288-7813 to set an advising appointment.

Payment Information 

You are responsible for payment of all tuition, fees and books. If your situation changes and you are unable to attend classes, you must drop classes before the semester begins or you will be financially responsible for the charges. 

For the payment plan see our website at to arrange payments or you may pay in full using Mastercard, Visa, or your Bank Account.  The last day to enroll online with the payment plan is February 15, 2018.

Notice of Student’s Responsibility

All students: Current students may enroll via WebAdvisor by accessing our web page at Students who have never used WebAdvisor, will need to start the process by selecting “I’m new to WebAdvisor on the left hand side of the screen. The system will then guide the students to the process for gaining access to the system for the first time. Students will be able to enroll and/or make schedule adjustments in any course that has not already started, provided seats are still available. Refer to the campus web site for class schedules, start dates, and times. It is highly recommended that students contact their assigned advisors prior to enrolling.

New students: Placement testing is required for all first-time students and for transfer students who have not completed English Composition and College Algebra. For information about the placement test, contact Faith Moody at or 913-288-7171.

Course Numbers

Courses numbered 00-99 do not transfer to four-year universities or count towards graduation at KCKCC. However, they are college preparation classes to aid students who have not recently completed four (4) years of English and three (3) years of math in high school. Courses numbered 00-99 may be prerequisites to courses number 100-200. All courses are covered by Financial Aid.
