Notice of Student’s Responsibility
All students: Current students may enroll via CampusConnect© by accessing our web page at www.kckcc.edu. Students will need their PIN in order to enroll. If a student has lost their PIN or if a student is re-admitting from a previous semester, they must submit a written request, signed and dated, to the Admissions and Records Office. The request must include the student’s name, address, Social Security number, and phone number of record. This request can be submitted either by mail, fax or in person. The PIN will be issued to the student only after this written request is received. Students will be able to enroll and/or make schedule adjustments in any course that has not already started, provided seats are still available. Refer to the campus web site for class schedules, start dates, and times. It is highly recommended that students contact their assigned advisors prior to enrolling.
New students: New applicants may submit their application to the Admissions and Records Office, or to the Leavenworth Center, or submit them electronically. After processing, a letter of acceptance will be sent to the student which includes their PIN. We encourage students to apply for admission before enrollment as it may take up to 10 days to process the application. Placement testing is required for all first-time students and for transfer students who have not completed English Composition and College Algebra.
