If your situation changes and you are unable to attend classes, you must drop classes before the semester begins or you will be financially responsible for the charges. For the FACTS payment plan see our website at www.kckcc.edu to arrange payments or you may pay in full using Mastercard, Visa, or your Bank Account.

REGULAR ENROLLMENT

KCKCC has implemented an open enrollment policy, which allows you to register at your convenience any time during the published enrollment times. Academic Advisors are available without appointment during regular enrollment days to assist you in selecting your classes for the semester. No transcripts will be processed during enrollment periods.

100% refund for courses dropped prior to January 19, 2009
90% refund for courses dropped from January 19-January 25.
50% refund for 16 week courses dropped from January 26 – February 1.
*No 50% refund for 8 week courses
* No refund for classes that meet less than 8 weeks.
