Tuition Payment: Early enrollees may pay tuition by mail anytime prior to August 5, 2010, or in person by payment deadline, August 9, 2010. August enrollees must be prepared to pay tuition at the time of enrollment. Cash, check, money order, Master/VISA, Discover can be used for tuition, fees, and books.
- All students having tuition and fees paid by an outside agency must have written authorization by the agency on file in the Student Financial Aid Office in order to defer payment of covered charges.
- Enrollees who are dependents of public safety officers who died as a result of injuries sustained in the line of duty should identify themselves to Admissions personnel at the time of enrollment and inquire about eligibility for a tuition and fee waiver.
- Employees and their spouse or dependent children may apply for a tuition and fee waiver by completing an Employee Tuition Scholarship Application form and submitting it to the Dean of Finance and Administrative Services Office. Employee Tuition Scholarship Application forms are available at the KCKCC Human Resources Office, Admissions & Records Office or the Student Financial Aid Office.
By mail or in person: If you early enroll in person or by phone, you will be able to access your bill on WebAdvisor. You may go on-line and make payments (credit/debit card or check). If you mail your payments (check or money order) it must be postmarked by August 5, 2010.
By financial aid: If you have applied for financial aid and have not yet received an Award Notice sent to you by the KCKCC Financial Aid Office when payment is due, you should report to the Student Financial Aid Office. If you have not yet applied for financial aid, apply at www.fafsa.ed.gov. If the Student Financial Aid Office does not have your processed aid application on file, you will be expected to make other payment arrangements.
*Enrolled students may be dropped for non-payment on August 10, 2010, if their tuition obligation has not been satisfied or if arrangements have not been made by August 9, 2010.
