English for Speakers of Other Languages

English for Speakers of Other Languages is designed for students who have beginning, intermediate, or advanced English skills and who wish to improve their writing, reading, and speaking skills. These ESOL classes prepare students for success in academic courses needed for an associate degree. These classes are also appropriate for students wishing to improve their English skills for job enhancement.

Beginning, Intermediate, and Advanced ESOL levels are determined by reading scores on the Accuplacer test.  The office of the ESOL coordinator is located in the Science Building, Room #3415.
