In 1988, the KCKCC-Leavenworth Center was opened in downtown Leavenworth. The Jack Flint Hi-Tech Building was completed and dedicated in the spring of 1992. The Wellness Center was opened in the spring of 1992 in the gymnasium, quickly outgrew its space, and has been located in the Allied Health Building since 1996.
Construction on the new Jewell Student Center began in the fall of 1994, and many of the Student Services offices moved in at the beginning of the 1996 Spring Semester. By spring break, all Student Services had relocated to the new center.
