The Intercultural Center
The Intercultural Center provides students, faculty, staff, and the community with an enriched environment that celebrates the cultural contributions of our diverse population and foster greater cultural interaction, understanding, and education. The Center provides cultural activities and training programs that enhance relationships and campus spirit. The Center also serves as an educational resource, providing books, videos, and pamphlets regarding diversity. The Intercultural Center promotes multicultural understanding, citizenship, and racial harmony.
Kansas City Kansas Community College acknowledges the need to take institutional responsibility for eliminating racism, stereotype, prejudice, and discrimination. The Intercultural Center is a visible and tangible representation of the college’s commitment to “Making Life Better.”
Everyone is welcome to visit and be part of developing an inclusive environment.
