Campus Child Care Center
The KCKCC Campus Child Care Center, a facility licensed through the Kansas Department of Health and Environment, has existed since 1978 as a Student Service Project. In addition to being licensed, we are also a five star Kansas Quality Rating Improvement System rated school. The Center provides day and evening care for children ages 18 months through 12 years of age while their parents are either employed or attending classes on Campus and we accept children who receive subsidies through the Kansas Department of Child and Families.
All of the staff have degrees ranging from associates to master’s, and many are currently pursuing further degrees. They are dedicated to providing a safe, warm, and learning environment for all children regardless of gender, race, religion, national origin, or ability. We strongly embrace diversity and celebrate it often.
The Center provides reasonable rates and stimulating educational activities for all. Children are provided meals, supplies, and warm inviting classrooms with knowledgeable, experienced staff who truly strive to provide children with the best education possible.
The mission of the Kansas City Kansas Community College Campus Child Care Center is to provide children and their families with the highest standards of quality by promoting a safe, caring, and learning environment in a diverse educational setting.
