Reading & Writing Center
Writing assistance is provided to currently enrolled KCKCC students on a walk-in basis. Professional Tutors are available to assist you with:
- Essay writing and revising, including proofing for grammar and punctuation
- Developing ideas to begin a paper
- Formatting for APA and MLA guidelines
- Research guidance
- Improving writing skills
The Reading Center is designed to assist students who are currently enrolled in reading courses; however, the Center is also available to students who wish to improve their reading comprehension skills. Students who have difficulty understanding course terminology may also receive tutoring. The Center is setup on a walk-in basis and is staffed by Professional Tutors.
