Global
Peace, a 501 © (3) educational, scientific and research
non-profit organization APPEALS to all friends of freedom for HELP:
Help Africa's Kids
and War Victims
CAMPAIGN: 2008'
(Begins: January 1; Ends: December 31)
Dear Friends of Freedom,
"Sometimes, numbers speak louder than words."
The U.N. has disarmed and returned over 400,000 combatants and
child-soldiers to civilian life. They are mostly from Africa:
72,000 from Sierra Leone; 100,000 from Liberia; 28,000 from Burundi; 126,000
from Congo (DRC); In Darfur, Sudan and Nigeria, unspeakable genocide and
oil-conflict continue to escalate the refugee problem. The orphans and
victims desperately need food, education and hope.
Friends of Hope, without your support, we cannot
continue our scholarship and food projects to help these victims of poverty
and war. Would you like to help? Please send your (IRS tax-deductible)
check donation (made payable to: Global Peace)
to: Global Peace, P.O. Box 12348, Kansas City, KS66112.
For all annual donations up to $5.00 per month for 12 months or more,
you will receive a FREE copy of Dr. Ewa Unoke’s new, best-seller
book: Africa in a World of Mendacity: Understanding the African Condition,(2008).
The unit price is $49.95, but it is FREE to all donors and
sponsors of the “War Victims Campaign 2007”.
As a former child-soldier, Professor Unoke is a living proof that the
child-soldier, the victim of poverty and war can be SAVED, EDUCATED and
REINTEGRATED into society. Thank you for your anticipated contribution
to the cause of the less-privileged humanity. What a great opportunity
in 2008 to know that you have made the difference in the lives of the
long-forgotten, African kids and the child-soldiers.
