The ONLINE course: MATH0104 Intermediate Algebra with a code of OC - Sections 01, 02, and 03 use Plato's Academic Systems Algebra. Access https://support.plato.com/requirements.asp. to know if your computer meets the minimum system requirements. Macintosh users may need to purchase additional software to use Academic Systems Algebra by Plato Learning, Inc. Then you may access through the URL: https://asalgebra.platoweb.com. You should bookmark this on your computer. Your instructor will provide your initial logon and password. This allows you access to the system so that you may enroll. As you complete the enrollment process you will be prompted to enter a logon -- use your 9-digit universal code. At the prompt for your password use your 4-digit pin with the word PLATO. The tech support number is 1-952-607-3899. Their hours are 7 am until 10 pm CST Monday through Thursday and 7 am until 8 pm CST on Friday. If your instructor requires this software, you may access through the URL: www.coursecompass.com. You will need the Student Access Kit that you purchased with your textbook. Your instructor will provide you with the access code. The tech support number is 1-800-677-6337. Their hours are 8 am until 8 pm EST Monday through Friday and 5 pm until 12 am EST on Sunday. The MYMATHLAB software by Pearson Education is currently not compatible with a Macintosh and users may need to purchase additional software.

The ON GROUND course: MATH0104 Intermediate Algebra - Section 14 uses Eduspace.  You may access this software through the URL: http://www.eduspace.com.  You will need the Eduspace Getting Started Guide for Students that you purchased with your textbook.  Your course code and your passkey are in this guide.  This software is compatible with a Macintosh and with a PC.
